Refund & Return Policy

At WheelCenterCaps.com (part of Detailed Auto Group), we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If you receive a product that does not meet your needs, we are here to help.


Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unmounted, and in the same condition as received.

  • All hardware, screws, and accessories must be included.

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation are not eligible for return.

  • Items returned with signs of installation or wear may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • the wrong item,

  • a damaged item, or

  • a product that arrived defective,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or provide a refund after receiving photos and verifying the issue.


Fitment Responsibility

Because wheel center caps depend on exact part numbers, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before ordering.

If you order the wrong part number, the item can still be returned (within 30 days), but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For customer-choice returns (incorrect part ordered, changed mind, etc.), the customer pays return shipping.

  • For incorrect items shipped by us, or damaged/defective items, we cover the return shipping.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed items

  • Items damaged during installation

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
